If you've got Pams Tempura Coated Chicken Nuggets in your freezer, you might wanna take a closer look.
A recall has been issued by NZ Food Safety over concerns they could contain small pieces of blue rubber.
The affected products are specifically the 1kg bag of Pams Tempura Coated Chicken Nuggets with a best-before date of 16 Oct 2025.
These nuggets have been sold at Four Square, Gilmours, New World, Pak’nSave, and Social Supermarket stores nationwide.

NZ Food Safety has confirmed the affected products have been pulled from shelves, and no other Pams products are impacted.
If you have a pack at home, check the date and do not eat them. Instead, return them to your local supermarket for a full refund or throw them out.
The issue was raised by a customer complaint, but so far, no health concerns have been reported.
If you’ve already eaten the nuggets and feel unwell, it's suggested you immediately seek medical advice.
New Zealand Food Safety deputy director-general Vincent Arbuckle says they're "working with Foodstuffs Own Brands to understand how this issue arose and to prevent it happening again."
