Austin Butler is bald in 'Dune: Part Two' and it's freaking everyone out

He's just so bald.

Austin Butler's look in the latest Dune movie has been revealed, and it turns out he's sporting a bold new bald style.

The highly-anticipated trailer for 'Dune: Part Two' has yet to be released to the public, but CinemaCon attendees got a sneak peek - and according to Twitter, Butler's new look stole the spotlight.

Was it in a good way? It's. debatable.

Unlike his previous film, which had Austin singing onstage as the charming Elvis Presley, this one has the 31-year-old playing Feud-Rautha, the sadistic other son of Stellan Skarsgard's Baron Harkonen.

Back in the 1984 version of Dune, this character was a grinning, orange-haired Sting (not a bee sting, THE Sting). But fast-forward to the present, Austin's version has bright white skin and absolutely no hair.

According to Gizmodo, Austin is so pale that his scenes "look almost completely black and white."

Obviously, we hope this is just a bald cap that Austin is wearing and that he still has his luscious hair but, even so, people are putting the man's new look all over social media, also feeling very unsure about the look.

With rumours swirling about Austin's character, the film also reportedly includes sandworm-riding, lots of Zendaya (as it should) and war stuff.

Alongside a bald-headed Austin Butler, the movie will star Florence Pugh, Léa Seydoux and Christopher Walken.

The sequel is set to hit cinemas on November 3, so let's hope Austin's baldness is worth it after this almost two-year wait.
