The Breeze is well underway with Live in Las Vegas, where we’re going to be sending two lucky listeners to two outstanding shows!
With Rod Stewart at Caesar’s Palace and Coldplay at Allegiant Stadium, this certainly is a trip you won’t want to miss out on.
For those excited Coldplay fans hoping to hit the Vegas jackpot, here’s some iconic hits you’ll want to be listening out for on the night.
10 ICONIC COLDPLAY SONGS TO LISTEN OUT FOR IN LAS VEGAS
10. feelslikeimfallinginlove
Released in June last year, ‘feelslikeimfallinginlove’ was the leading single from Coldplay’s tenth and most recent studio album ‘Moon Magic’.
It was written by all band members and nominated for song of the year at the Brit Awards 2025.
9. Adventure of a Lifetime
‘Adventure of a Lifetime’ was the lead single from Coldplay’s 2015 seventh studio album ‘A Head Full of Dreams’.
Known for its funked-up sound and CGI chimp music video, it’s a pretty special one to see performed live (keep an eye out for the giant balloons!)
8. Paradise
Like ‘Adventure of a Lifetime’, ‘Paradise’ has also been remembered by its music video of the Elephant on a tricycle.
It’s from their fifth studio album ‘Mylo Xyloto’ and was Coldplay’s second UK Singles Chart number one after (spoiler!) ‘Viva La Vida’.
7. Sky Full of Stars
For those who managed to catch one of the three incredible shows that Coldplay put on in Auckland in November last year, you’ll know that seeing ‘A Sky Full of Stars’ live is a real treat.
Don’t go searching it up though, as Chris Martin specifically requests everyone puts their phones away and lives in the moment during this hit.
6. Sparks
Although ‘Sparks’ was initially released on Coldplay’s debut album ‘Parachutes’ in 2000, the song had quite a bit of a resurgence last year after Evan Jacobson (@evanjacobsonn) covered it with his saxophone on TikTok.
5. The Scientist
Off Coldplay’s second studio album ‘A Rush of Blood to the Head’, ‘The Scientist’ peaked at number 10 in the UK Singles Chart.
The song has been a permanent fixture in the band’s live set lists since 2002, so it’s definitely one to listen out for.
4. Viva La Vida
Viva La Vida or Viva Las Vegas! This title translates to ‘Long Live Life’.
‘Viva La Vida’ was Coldplay’s first song to reach the top spot in the UK Singles Chart and the Billboard Hot 100. It also has over two billion streams on Spotify.
3. Clocks
‘Clocks’ with its cascading piano riff is from Coldplay’s second album ‘A Rush of Blood to the Head’ and peaked at number nine in the UK Singles Chart.
2. Yellow
Many think that ‘Yellow’ is where it all really happened for Coldplay.
Off their debut album, it was a breakthrough hit internationally hitting number one in Iceland and number five in Australia.
‘Yellow’ also has over two billion streams on Spotify.
1. Fix You
‘Fix You’ is from Coldplay’s third studio album X&Y and was written for Chris Martin’s then-wife Gwyneth Paltrow following the death of her father.
In lieu of a church organ, Martin used a synthesiser given to Paltrow by her Father on the song.
10 top songs and there’s plenty more where that came from for Coldplay’s usual two-hour sets!
