The trailer for this new horror movie has me checking every glass I drink from

Now everything's a near-death experience.

The new 'Final Destination' trailer just dropped this week, and it's given me the heebie jeebs about all the times I thought 'well, this is it'... including one time recently balancing on a basketball.

If you’ve seen the previous movies, there's one scene that almost everyone associates with the franchise - the infamous truck scene.

For me, the scene that scarred me the most was the tanning bed… like be SO for real, are you kidding me?!

'Final Destination: Bloodline' is the fifth film, set to be released May 16th, and it could be the most traumatising yet.

The latest film centers around "a college student experiencing a recurring nightmare that foretells her family's demise" who then "returns home to find the person who can prevent it."

The new trailer has plenty of stuff to freak out about, but I've been thinking about the shard of glass sitting in someone's drink, waiting to wreak havoc, for the last two days.

Fans will see the return of mysterious mortician William Bludworth, played by Tony Todd throughout the films, as well as a few more notable characters.

The trailer popped up on my Tik Tok feed earlier this week, and of course it had to be late at night.

Now, I’m not saying that these movies are diabolically scary, like 'The Conjuring' or even 'Paranormal Activity', but they bring a sense of anxiety - something as simple as a bowling bowl falling off the wrong rail can cause a domino effect.

With tens of millions of views already on the trailers, fans are fizzing about this one - myself included - as they haven't had a new movie since 2011, and are clearly still feeling the impact of those past films.

“Final Destination taught me to fear roller coasters, tanning beds, highways, airplanes, and basically existing," one commenter said.

“Who knew that one of cinema's greatest villains was no one on screen, but death, lurking around the corner?” another said.

Catch me in the cinema absolutely losing it come May 16th.
