Kiwi pop star Benee just made her fans' Friday by releasing new music and a trippy new video to go with it.
'Animal' dropped this morning, and the video is already getting plenty of heat on YouTube from all over the world.
"SHE'S BAAAACK," one fan commented on the clip, which begins with Benee stomping through a field in furry boots and a leopard print outfit.
It's not long before the lyrics "I'm just an animal" start to get very literal, with the 24-year-old singer transforming into a cat herself - and absolutely slaying while she does so.
"Damn, I'm already loving this song and the music video," one comment read.
"THE VISUALS?? I'M IN LOVE" another agreed.
Elsewhere in the video, Benee debuts new super long hair and a bunch of tattoos in a strapless mini dress.
"She looks so good with long hair," one fan wrote, prompting a reply of "RIGHT?!" from another.
Benee refers to herself as a "micro celebrity" who "means nothing at all" in the song, but her fans definitely wouldn't agree.
"Cannot wait for an album, this is such a banger" one comment read.
"We love your music Benee!" said another.
A third summed it up: "Music + lyrics + talent = Benee."
Having just supported superstar Olivia Rodrigo on her 'Guts' tour, Benee is now set to open for Tate Mcrae on her 'Miss Possessive' tour around Europe.
