The question: What is the worst lie an ex has ever told you…?
Some of these are so out-of-pocket they deserve an award for sheer creativity. We’re talking about excuses SO ridiculous you can't help but wonder 'how tf did they think anyone would believe this?'
Here are some of our favourites:
"He dropped his phone and while he was stumbling to catch it and it was slipping between his hands he left a comment on a girl's video."
"He told me the reason he cheated on me was because he had a bad dream that his mum died and it changed him as a person."
"He dropped his phone in the river and he said a fish texted a girl explicit content."
"I found a corset in my man's truck, and he said 'I think it’s my mum's…' SHE’S 83!"
"Dominoes texts him a lot when he hasn’t ordered for a while, he also asks 'you up?' to see if they’re open."
"I found high heels in his house and he said that he brought them to change the lightbulbs."
"He was messaging other women because he was doing a ‘social experiment’ but couldn’t tell me what the ‘experiment’ was about."
