After what felt like 75 years of waiting, Netflix has finally dropped the 'Squid Game' season 2 trailer, and I’m already at the edge of my seat…
The trailer features Seong returning to the games after ditching his flight at the end of last season in a twist that had us all screaming at our screens.
We also see plenty of familiar faces, including a split-second shot of the police officer who fell off the cliff last season and was presumed dead by all of us (spoiler alert: it looks like he survived).
There are even new games that look more horrific than the last, and judging by the super intense trailer, this is going to be another nail-biting season full of twists and turns.
Fans are understandably super excited about the long-awaited trailer, with one saying “This feels so much more intense than the first season now that we know everything”.
Another noted that the trailer “looks super promising, we will be seated”.
The first season premiered back in 2021 and became the number one most-streamed show on Netflix.
Season 2 will premiere on the 26th of December, 2024. The dream Christmas gift for us all.
