White Fox Boutique is 'cancelled' after thousands of customers SLAM their customer service

It's chaos out there rn!

Aussie-based fast fashion giant White Fox Boutique is getting 'cancelled' by fuming customers who claim they've waited up to two months for their online orders to dispatch.

The company, owned by Georgia and Daniel Contos, has been slammed online following MAJOR delays and 'terrible customer service' ahead of the holidays and festie season.

In a recent Q&A on the brand's account, a staff member explained the brand received more orders on the first day of their massive Black Friday sale than they did in the full 9-day sale period in 2022.

The staff members also claimed that the whole White Fox team - including management - are in the warehouse pumping out orders ahead of the holidays.

The team claim there's a delay in orders being dispatched but customers in the comments are claiming they've been waiting over a month now to see any if at all movement to their orders.

When attempting to contact the brand about the delays, hundreds of customers have claimed they have received no response at all or a message containing "a whole lot of nothing" from the brand.

TikToker @moniquemarriner explained she ordered multiple outfits well over a month ago ahead of her birthday and New Year's - enough time for it to arrive well early, right? Wrong!

As of yesterday her order still hadn't been dispatched, so she turned to her plan B and ordered the same number of outfits from another Aussie-based fast fashion giant - Princess Polly.

Another claims the brand has "ruined Xmas for many" who had ordered gifts from the website in early November.

Co-owner Georgia told FEMAIL she has all staff working hard to get orders out ASAP.

"The team is currently working seven days per week and extended hours. Including myself and Daniel assisting in the warehouse," she said.

She revealed customer service is receiving around 5000 customer enquiries per day and is very apologetic about the delays and understands it is frustrating.

The brand has since decided to cancel its Boxing Day sale for 2023.
