WATCH: Chris Martin pauses Coldplay show to save young boy from crowd crush

As if we needed a reason to love him more!!

Chris Martin has paused Coldplay's Sydney concert after spotting a young boy being crushed in the crowd.

The British band's frontman stopped performing mid-set at Accor Stadium when he saw the little boy distressed in the mosh pit near the front of the stage.

The video of the moment has since gone viral on TikTok, which shows Martin, himself a father of two, ensuring the boy's safety at the band's sold-out show.

"You can sit right here, OK? You don't have to be squeezed," he told the boy from the stage, as he motioned for him to be lifted over the crowd-control barriers.

"Then you don't have to be squished by all these adults is all."

He then asked the security team if they could "get some headphones for him".

"You sit right there my little brother, OK. Better?"

"Now, do you want some coke or something? The drink, I mean," he said as the crowd laughed. "We'll take care of you, man."

It is unclear who was supervising the young child in the mosh pit.

Just days ago, at Coldplay's Melbourne show, Martin fell through a trap door on the stage.

"Thank you for catching me," he told a production hand who was underneath the trap door.

Martin did not suffer any injuries in the fall.
