Rumours of an on-again-off-again situation have swirled ever since. Now, Shawn has revealed the two might have secretly reconciled after publicly declaring his love for her multiple times.
The singer was on Jay Shetty’s podcast when he proclaimed: “I think Camila and I have just done the best job at preserving our private little fire of love for each other.”

The singer kept gushing about his former GF, saying: “This is real love and it’s confusing and hard. I'm just lucky. She is an amazing human being."
The compliments did not stop there. A fan posted on X, “they don’t play about each other”, to which Shawn replied: “We don’t”.

Shawn and Camila were together and slinging frequent PDA from 2019 until their split in 2021. In true 21st-century ex-lovers fashion, they were caught pashing at Coachella in 2023, but declared they weren’t back together.
That kiss went on to send shockwaves through the fandom when it was revealed Sabrina Carpenter was seeing Shawn around a similar time frame. The love triangle played out in all three artists' music, with some very public jabs.
So are the lovebirds back together? Hard to say for sure. But it’s very evident they can’t stop talking - or singing - about each other.
