Kanye West has sparked a fresh feud with Kim Kardashian after he dropped a new song that features their daughter North West and Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
A chain of text messages over North’s involvement have been shared by Ye, alleging that Kim tried to block him from using his daughter in his new release, ‘Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine’.
In the leaked texts, Kanye tells Kim: "I'm never speaking with you again," alongside what looks like a legal document mentioning North’s "participation in this project".
Kim allegedly claps back: "I asked u at the time if I can trademark her name," claiming Ye said “yes", adding: "When she's 18 it goes to her."
“So stop, I sent paper work over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her,” she added.

Kim also added that only one person can own the trademark for their children's names and claims it was agreed she would own all of their four children’s names.
Kanye fired back: "Amend it or I'm going to war. And neither of us will recover from the public fallout."
"You're going to have to kill me,” he added.
Ye first dropped the song on his X account over the weekend, and it seemingly features Diddy, his son Christian ‘King’ Combs, and North alongside singer Jasmine Williams.
It kicks off with Diddy’s voice, thanking Ye for his support while he sits in jail awaiting trial.
North makes a brief appearance, repeatedly saying, "When you see me shining, then you see the light," before King jumps in with his own verse.
According to TMZ, Kim sent cease and desist letters, demanding Ye not move forward with North’s involvement on the track.
An emergency hearing reportedly went down, where Kanye did not appear but allegedly agreed to hold the release.
Kim's concern comes as Diddy is caught in serious legal trouble, including federal sex trafficking allegations.
