Sophie Henderson is a mother of two, the Associate Director of Ovis Management Limited, the owner of her own business, Foster Ideas and a farmer. 

Sophie shares her transition from dairy farming to sheep and beef farming in Rangitikei and her academic background from Lincoln University.
