New Zealand's Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield is more than just the country's 'curve crusher', he's a music video star too!
Our sister radio station The Edge has teamed up with NZ favourite Stan Walker, Kiwi TV kids icon Suzy Cato, ANZ Premiership netball stars and more for a special fundraiser song of Stan's hit 'Take It Easy'.
Raising money for Youthline, the music video features a number of Kiwi icons as the 'Youthline Supporters Squad', with other singers like Mitch James and Robinson lending their vocals to the track.
Dr Bloomfield makes a special appearance at the end of the clip, swapping a suit for a more casual hoodie and urging Kiwis to "follow the rules, and we'll be fine Aotearoa."
Since NZ went into Alert Level 4 lockdown, Youthline has had a 50 percent increase in calls and texts to their support service, which recently had $300,000 cut from its funding.
You can donate to Youthline now at Givealittle.co.nz or on their website.
