Donald Trump is publicly fuming over his US presidential portrait in Colorado’s State Capitol.
The thing is, people reckon it actually looks spot-on compared to other portraits he's been seen praising.
We all know the feeling of cringing at a bad photo of ourselves posted by a mate, but we’re not the President of the United States now, are we?
The portrait is the work of Colorado Springs artist Sarah Boardmen, who’s been working on the Capitol’s presidential gallery for the last six years - so, as you’d imagine is very well experienced.
She also created the portrait for former US president Barack Obama.
However, Trump has gotten all uppity about her latest working on his likeness.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump slated his portrait, saying her reckons the portrait was “purposefully distorted to a level that even I, perhaps, have never seen before.”
He continued: “[Obama] looks wonderful, but the one of me is truly the worst.”

Trump also threw some shade at Boardman, saying she “must have lost her talent as she got older.”
In any event, I would much prefer not having a picture than having this one.
Trump went on to say Governor Polis should be “ashamed of himself” for putting up the portrait - big words from a guy who loves seeing his own face everywhere else.
People have been reacting to Trumps tantrum, with one writing on X: "Has he looked in the mirror?😭."
Another made a great point.
While a third added: "Imagine spending hours on this just for him to say, ‘nah, I’d rather not.' wondering what the artist is thinking rn?"
Honestly, it’s a portrait, not a selfie… plus, art is always up for interpretation, right? By Trumps reaction you’d think they painted him as Shrek or something.
