Disney's announced more 'Magic at Sea' cruises leaving from NZ including some CHRISTMAS ones

me to my boss withholding my annual leave: LET IT GOOOOO, LET IT GOOOO

If you're a Disney adult, a kid at heart or just a parent in despo need of holiday ideas, you'll probably be stoked to hear there's a bunch more Disney cruises coming to Aotearoa.

The 2025/2026 season of 'Magic at Sea' sailings has just been released, and it features a brand new 10-night Trans-Tasman voyage from Auckland to Sydney, stopping at five iconic Kiwi destinations for the first time ever.

Tauranga, Napier, Wellington, Christchurch and Fiordland National Park will all be visited by the epic cruise line, which is packed with Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars characters, shows and themed dining.

The 'Disney Wonder' has no less than 11 decks and features a multi-level replica of Andy's Room from 'Toy Story' and a Goofy's Pool - but there are adults only areas and a spa too, don't worry.

There are live shows like Frozen, A Musical Spectacular, southern cooking and live jazz music at Tiana's Place and even fireworks at sea, as well as heaps of daily activities for kids and grown ups.

If you're after less of a commitment, there are shorter three night cruises, and for the most eager of beavers, there are sailings starting as early as October this year.

There are even special Christmas sailings from November 24th 2024 through till January 3rd 2025, where they'll deck the Disney halls in festive decor.

Prices for sailings departing from Auckland start at around NZD $1,900 for 2 adults for 2 nights at sea.
