Kanye West’s Wife Bianca Censori could be charged and arrested for indecent exposure after rocking full frontal nudity on the Grammys 2025 red carpet.
ICYMI - Kanye and Bianca were reportedly escorted out of the Grammy Awards after the couple posed for pictures where she bared ALL.
Bianca slipped off her furry black coat to expose a completely see-through mesh outfit and her naked body underneath was fully on display.
Now, it’s rumoured Bianca could face legal consequences for her ‘fit choice.
According to California law, Censori could be charged with indecent exposure and given up to six months jail time - but that's not all.
The California Penal Code for Indecent Exposure 314(1) defines indecent exposure as "when a person exposes his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it; intend to direct attention to yourself; and intend to sexually gratify yourself or offend someone else when you do it."
There are a few ticks if we’re checking those boxes.
Penalties for Indecent Exposure vary. Because this would likely be her first conviction, Bianca could get a “Misdemeanor sentence of six months in a county jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000 USD”.
Though, I think if the latter is the only result it won’t do too much damage to the celeb’s financial status.
If this were her second offense, things get way more serious. She could be charged with a felony, which would mean potential state prison time and an obligation to register as a sex offender for at least ten years.
Bianca is well-known for stepping out in barely-there outfits, so it's a risky legal line they could be crossing this time around.
For now, it's unclear whether Bianca will actually face any repercussions for her naked moment.
