To kick off the holiday spirit in the lead-up to Christmas, The Breakfast Club transformed the New World Duram Street Carpark into a festive haven for our Christmas In The Carpark.
Hi-Chew came on board with their generous contribution to spreading the holiday joy, gifting some lucky listeners $500 each to help out over Christmas.
Lana's son Jay brought his infectious energy to the carpark too, taking charge of the giant Santa's inflating transformation and sharing some giggles from a couple of Christmas cracker jokes. Meanwhile, Bondy showcased his... 'talent' with face painting, even getting Jay's approval (even if Bondy had to pay $2 for it).
And it wouldn't be complete without a special performance by the New Zealand Army band. The talented musicians enchanted the crowd with renditions of classic Christmas tunes, including "Holly Jolly Christmas," "We Wish You a Merry Christmas," and "Winter Wonderland."
