Sam's Butchery Clinches Supreme Ham Award For Mini Champagne Ham

Ian Anderson, an accountant at Sam's Butchery in Silverdale, Auckland, reveals the secrets behind their award-winning mini champagne ham, which recently earned the Supreme Ham title at the Bacon and Ham Awards.

This accolade completes a trifecta for the butchery, having previously won champion titles for sausage and bacon.

Anderson explains the meticulous high-quality meat sourced from the South Island, the unique target market the mini champagne ham is tailored towards and the innovative touch of owners Sam and Rani.
