New Zealand's rural and lifestyle property markets appear to be experiencing a notable upswing, Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) Rural Spokesperson Shane O'Brien explains.
He says the resurgence is largely driven by renewed confidence in the dairy sector and a beneficial drop in interest rates.
Despite a slight dip in overall farm sales compared to last year, O'Brien tells Dom that farmers have been optimising costs, leading to a more optimistic outlook.
