Mac Miller's drug dealer has been sentenced to nearly 11 years in prison

Miller's mum, Karen spoke at the trial saying "My life went dark the moment Malcolm left his world."

One of the three drug dealers responsible for Mac Miller's accidental overdose has been sentenced to more than a decade in prison.

In 2018, Miller sadly passed away from an accidental overdose after taking fentanyl laced pills.

This week, Ryan Michael Reavis has been sentenced to 131 months, nearly 11 years, in prison after pleading guilty to supplying the drugs.

"My life went dark the moment Malcolm left his world" said Miller's Mum, Karen, at the trial.

"We spoke nearly every day about everything – his life, plans, music, dreams. He would never knowingly take a pill with fentanyl, ever. He wanted to live and was excited about the future. The hole in my heart will always be there."

Reavis is just one of three dealers who have been charged in relation to Miller's death with the other two cases still awaiting sentencing.
