Kanye West just broke his Instagram silence to set the record straight after rumours swirled that he and Bianca Censori got booted from the 2025 Grammys for their naked red carpet stunt.
ICYMI - Bianca left everyone gobsmacked when she stepped out in a mesh dress that left very little to the imagination, reportedly at Kanye’s request to “make a scene”.
Entertainment Tonight then claimed the couple showed up uninvited and were escorted out by the venue’s security. ET later deleted their post about the incident, and other sources shut down the claims, pointing out that Kanye was actually a nominee.
Ye didn’t take the situation lightly, jumping on Instagram (before deleting, as per usual) to call out ET broadcaster Don Lemon, who he claims “started the rumour.”
Sharing a photo of the broadcaster on Instagram, Ye wrote: "This the goofball that started the rumour that me and my wife got kicked out the Grammies 3 decades of innovating music and they always K***S like this."
Turns out, Kanye wasn’t feeling Don before the drama even kicked off. He straight-up ignored him during a pre-carpet interview.
“Give me a second, I’m focused,” Ye said just moments before taking to the carpet and dropping jaws around the globe.
Despite the initial claims Ye and Bianca were kicked out, a source close to the Recording Academy revealed to TMZ that Kanye West WAS an invited guest for the ceremony due to his nomination for ‘Best Rap Song’.
Witnesses reportedly saw him walk the red carpet before leaving on his own terms - no cops, no security drama, no forced exit.
The outlet also contacted the police to find out if any calls were made about the incident… but no reports were confirmed.
Probably a good thing, considering Bianca’s stunt could land her with jail time, a hefty fine, or even a 10-year spot on the sex offender registry, according to California law.
Whether or not Bianca will face any consequences for her bold red-carpet move remains unclear.
