Cooper explains how she initially came up with the idea while studying before deciding to turn it into a book many years later.

She delves further into the process of creating the book, all the work behind the scenes that has gone into it including some of the biggest hurdles and challenges she has faced along the way.

Additionally, Cooper touches on the impact her upbringing on a sheep farm has had in shaping her future, particularly when it comes to her writing.
