WATCH: 'Inbetweeners' stars reunite for 'Oasis: The Reunion: The Movie'

Bit of a mouthful, really.

‘The Inbetweeners’ stars James Buckley and Joe Thomas have reunited to star as Oasis‘ Liam and Noel Gallagher in a parody reunion film for British charity Comic Relief.

The sketch titled ‘Oasis: The Reunion: The Movie’ aired on BBC in the UK over the weekend and saw the actors - best known as Jay (Buckley) and Simon (Thomas) from comedy show ‘The Inbetweeners’ - take on the roles of the famous Gallagher brothers.

The parody begins in 2009 with their infamous breakup and follows along to their reunion which was announced last year.

The parody puts the reunion down to financial troubles as Noel’s “credit card maxed out” and Liam’s accountant told him he was “skint.”

They argue over the setlist and a fan spends his remaining lifespan in a millions-long ticket queue while the short film pokes fun at the band’s troubled history and improbable comeback.

It also features guest appearances from a slew of British television’s biggest stars including Piers Morgan and Tommy Fury.

The performance is something of a full circle moment for Buckley, who admitted in 2021 that his first ever concert was an Oasis show in 2002.
