Susan McCaul is what you might call a modern-day dog whisperer, maybe even a people whisperer as well, at her business Petiquette where she helps dogs and trainers improve their relationships and behaviour.
After coming up with the business during a late-night brainstorm, McCaul discusses her journey from training a variety of animals to managing farm dogs effectively.
Additionally, she touches on the challenges of retraining working dogs for new environments and maintaining consistent behaviour when owners are away.
