"It's an incredible way to see the country," Triggs says.

Now a key player on the World Professional Chuckwagon Association Tour, she offers a behind-the-scenes look at this unique and exhilarating sport.

Triggs also explains the sport itself, describing it as 'organised chaos' and explains what it's like living on the road all summer out of fold-out trucks and exploring all sorts of cities and towns on the way.
