Adele has had an emotional surprise reunion with her old school teacher at her special A-List concert special An Audience With Adele over the weekend.
After being asked about who inspired her most by Dame Emma Thompson, Adele was surprised on stage by Ms McDonald, from Chestnut Grove School in Balham, who taught her before she moved to the prestigious Brit School as a teenager.
Following the reunion, Adele and Ms McDonald went backstage quickly for a little catch up and Adele handed the mic to host Alan Carr and requested him to sing Make You Feel My Love - and the audience loved it!
