A$AP Rocky has been getting the meme treatment online after jumping into a moshpit during his Rolling Loud set and then immediately regretting it.
A$AP was headlining the festival, which took place in New York, and decided to stage dive into the crowd of around 42,000. Someone up close and personal to the artist managed to capture a video of the moment and, yeah, Rocky does not look like he's enjoying it.
To be fair to him, it does look like he's getting pulled in every direction. People are full of adrenaline, gripping him TIGHT, and screaming.
The 33-year-old and recent father commented on an Instagram post explaining that he was struggling because some fan wanted to make sure he didn't give Rihanna any more kids.
"That sh*t not funny," he wrote. "Sum lil bih was squeezing the life out of my nutz b."
One person who did find it funny was Tyler the Creator. The fellow artist and ASAP's mate made Rocky's stressed-out face in the moshpit his profile picture on Instagram, which is pretty crack up.
A$AP actually made an apology to fans that attended his Rolling Loud set, but not for jumping in the mosh. He actually rocked up to the stage late, meaning his set was cut short - he ended up only performing nine songs in 30 minutes, around half the time he was meant to perform for.
He apologised to his fans via a Twitter post.
"Last night was supposed to be a turning point in my live shows from the old to the new," he said.
"I will take full responsibility for the circumstances of what led to last night's show being everything it was and everything it wasn't."
"I want to apologise to all my fans and continued supporters, and thank y'all for showing up for me regardless!! A$AP4EVA."
