Set those saving goals and stick to 'em!

This week, Meg, Clint, and Dan teamed up with ASB and asked for people's top money savings tips and tbh thank god they did because I need all the help I can get.

Every step counts with helping you stay on top of your finances, so we jotted down the absolute best tips as suggested by the Edge whanau:

"Get a trusted friend to open a shared bank account for you. One that you can't see or touch but has a small automatic payment each week. The only time you're allowed to access the account is at the end of the year." - Shelly

"Always invite your mum on shopping trips, and more often than not, your mum will offer to pay for all your shopping." - Camilla

"Go away on holiday during Christmas time so you can save on buying all your family Christmas presents" - Danyele

"If you see something you like online, some places will give you a birthday discount. So sign up for a new account and pop in your birthday for a week away, then they'll send you a birthday discount." - Meg

"To save money on buying presents, just re-gift those gifts that you've been given but don't really like (but gift it to someone who you know would love it more)" - Kirsten
