Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Wānaka, the Wānaka A&P Show is one of New Zealand’s largest and most popular agricultural events!
New for 2025 is the Local Larder, a hub where foodies can explore gourmet offerings from local producers, enjoy live cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs like Peter Gordon, and dive into rural innovation and leadership at the Agri Exchange, where we connect future thinkers. Of course, we’re bringing back your favourites—rural demonstrations of woodchopping, sheep shearing and the farrier competition and livestock & home industry competitions—plus rides, food trucks, and the iconic Jack Russell Race.
The Wānaka A&P Show offers something for everyone, whether you're there for the shopping, animals, or fun.

Tickets
Tickets are $22.50 per adult or for two days, $40 per adult and $15 per youth (13-17 years).
Children aged 12 and under are free.
