Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for the Minecraft movie, which features stars like Jack Black and Jason Momoa.

It has caused boxed reviews with one person posting to Reddit "They should have made this a fully animated movie. The IRL actors do not work with this."

Fans are mostly angry at the A Minecraft Movie trailer for mixing live-action characters with CGI, with many pleading that the film be scrapped in favor of a fully animated production instead.

The entire movie is set to be in cinemas on the 4th of April next year.
