LET'S. GO.
The video game many of you would have lost hundreds of hours of your youth to is being made into a live-action TV series, and it's coming out next year.
During it's Xbox Anniversary Event, Microsoft revealed the teaser trailer to the live-action Halo TV series, which will be available to stream on Paramount+ in 2022.
The teaser includes a series of extreme close-ups of Master Chief's armour, showing the live action versions of his gloves, 117 insignia, and the back of his head as his helmet's put on. That's followed by the voice of Cortana saying, "Hello, Master Chief," alongside a shot of the front of the helmet.
The Master Chief in this production is being played by Pablo Schrieber.
The teaser trailer doesn't show much, only giving us 28 seconds to glimpse at Master Chief's armour, but it looks cool regardless. Hope they release more footage over the weeks and months to come.
This wasn't the only Halo surprise that Microsoft dropped at their Xbox Anniversay Event. They also released Halo Infinite multiplayer is live right now.
"To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the franchise, Halo Infinite's multiplayer beta is available now and free to play on Xbox and PC," the Steam listing states. "Begin your personal Spartan Journey today with Season 1,'Heroes of Reach,' and stay tuned for upcoming, limited-time in-game events and exclusive rewards."
