Losing My License Was Just the Start… My ADHD Journey

This is something I’ve never spoken about before… my ADHD journey. Getting diagnosed as an adult was a game changer for me but it also hit hard. Nobody talks about the grief you go through when you realise how different life could have been if someone had just noticed. I’m talking about the teachers who failed me, when I got my license suspended and car impounded (lol) and the GP who told me “I definitely had ADHD” in the most hostile way possible. Plus why my period basically turns my symptoms into a chaotic mess (and how I manage it).
