Westmere Butchery in Auckland has snagged the Supreme Winner title at the Dunninghams Great New Zealand Sausage Competition with their exquisite Pork and Leek sausage. 

Outshining over 800 entries, Dave Rossiter, the owner, talks about winning and what it means for Westmere Butchery.

He reveals what he believes to be the secret to the award-winning sausage, highlighting that the leek's tender, perfectly cooked nature played a pivotal role in their win. 

Likely to see a surge in customers following the win, Rossiter shares his excitement for more people to experience the flavours that captured the judges' hearts.
