Springbank School's Remarkable Journey From Shed To Success

"We started in a garden shed, and now we offer marine science and outdoor adventure programs," Warren reveals.

Springbank School in Kerikeri was started in a garden shed back in 1996 by Bob and Sophia Warren who had a vision of offering children in Northland the highest quality learning experiences.

Since then it has grown to be one of the Far North's leading co-educational private schools with just over 200 students from Year 1 to Year 13.

Former Principal and current Director/Owner Mike Warren, son of Sophia and Bob, talks about how the school has grown to now include 17 classrooms, a gymnasium, sports turf and a 42-acre property featuring a farm and running track.

He talks more about the upcoming 30th anniversary celebrations, plans for the future and more.
