Garlic is one of the most essential ingredients when it comes to cooking and many stand by the more garlic the better unofficial rule.
Although we can buy minced garlic at supermarkets, some still prefer their minced garlic, freshly chopped. So this could be a handy tip for all those who do their minced garlic themselves.
Peeling garlic, cutting them, and then cutting them into even smaller pieces may feel like a chore for some (guilty), so this hack is for all of us who feel that way.
Imagine if you could just mince garlic in one shot?
Well well well, user @carl.is.cooking has just shown his hack to do so!
He simply turns the knife upside down and uses its blunt section to cut the mince. Every cut leads the chopped part of garlic to be minced. You can see him putting pressure on the handle as he cuts the garlic.
So there you go, that's how you get minced garlic instantly!
But obviously, make sure you don't hold the knife from the top when chopping!!
People were as flabbergasted as we were.
"I'm sorry...what" one user wrote.
"EXCUSE ME???????" another wrote.
"At this point I believe I am now breathing incorrectly" a third joked.
