'Too far': Molly Mae left 'upset' over Tommy Fury adding details of relationship in new book

"It's very embarrassing for her."

In his first interview since splitting from Molly-Mae Hague, Tommy Fury shared that he’ll love her and their daughter, Bambi, “‘til the day I die".

However, his newly released book has reportedly left Molly "upset" with revelations about their relationship.

The couple, who met on 'Love Island UK' in 2019, officially called it quits in separate Instagram statements back in August, which left fans questioning whether Tommy had cheated.

Since the breakup, Molly said she would always “value, respect and have a lot of love” for Fury in a YouTube video

But now that Tommy has given his first interview promoting ‘Lightning Can Strike Twice: My Life As A Fury’ Molly seemingly feels that Tommy has gone “too far” with revelations about their relationship.

A source close to Molly, told OK!: “Molly-Mae has been left really upset by Tommy's book even though she knew it was coming out as he'd been working on it for a while."

"She feels he has gone too far with revelations about their relationship as, although they had met on a TV show, she has always wanted to keep a lot of stuff back," they continued.

It's very embarrassing for her, Molly feels that some things should be kept private.

The source added: "Obviously they are being as amicable as they can for Bambi's sake but Molly just wants to move on and focus on all the positives in her life rather than all the hurt she's been through recently."

While promoting his new book, Tommy was grilled on ITV’s This Morning on everything from how he's feeling post-breakup, if there's any chance he and Molly could reunite, and, of course, the cheating accusations.

Tommy did say that both Molly and Bambi are “family”, but skated around the rest of the questions, with what we can only assume was the result of some top-notch media training.

“It’s my family, at the end of the day I love them ’til the day I die,” he said.

He also revealed that he added an extra chapter to his book to address all the recent controversy. “I felt freely in the book to speak so that’s why I added the last chapter to keep everybody up to date, and in there, I’ve talked about my feelings in the past two months, and it has been tough”, he said.

“Everyone will point the finger when there’s a bandwagon to jump on,” he added.

But at the end of the day, out of respect to Molly, and out of respect to myself, and our relationship… I’m going to let us deal with that in private as much as we can.

I guess any hope of the pair getting back together any time soon might just be off the table. I’m off to sob in the bathrooms for a minute…
