It turns out a renowned psychic may have -kind of- predicted the coronavirus outbreak all the way back in 2008?!

American psychic Sylvia Browne wrote in her 2008 book End of Days: Predictions and Prophecies About the End of the World:

"In around 2020 a severe pneumonia-like illness will spread through the globe, attacking the lungs and bronchial tubes and resisting all known treatments."

Yikes, that sounds a little familiar doesn't it? But if she did actually predict the outbreak, she has some good news for us too, continuing:

"Almost more baffling than the illness itself will be the fact that it will suddenly vanish as quickly as it arrived, attack again ten years later, and then disappear completely."

Browne, who was also a New York Times Best-Selling author, was a popular psychic during her day, but passed away back in 2013. She was known to make some pretty huge mistakes in her predictions (including her own death, which happened 10 years before she predicted), but still had a huge following regardless.

So what do you reckon, did she really predict the virus, or did she just get lucky with some general statements?

The Kardashians seem to think she was bang on:
